How to submit a paper

The submission, review and acceptance of manuscripts is processed via Open Journal Systems using the following link. Kindly use the following link to register.
A paper must contain a small abstract in English.

The journal does not consider papers submitted for a publication in another edition.

All papers are sent to a referee. After a paper is accepted, you should send us a source LaTeX-file prepared using the style "amsart". Complicated definitions are not allowed as well as definitions from other files and packages, except for support of Cyrillic and AMS standard symbols. If you want to include graphic images not provided by standard LaTeX, we are open to discuss the technical details individually.
